Motivación en Mandos Intermedios

Abstract

[spa] El objetivo del presente trabajo es mejorar la motivación laboral de una de las figuras más significativas en las organizaciones, el mando intermedio. A lo largo del proyecto, se incide en la importancia de motivar al mismo, y las trascendencias positivas que se obtienen al respecto. Asimismo, se plantea un diseño de formación asociado a un sistema de incentivos no monetarios y de libre elección, los cuales pretenden alcanzar el propósito planteado.

[eng] The objective of the present work is to improve the labor motivation of one of the most significant figures in the organizations, the intermédiate control. Throughout the Project, we emphasize the importance of motivating the same, and the positive transcendences that are obtained in this respect. Likewise, a training design associated to a system of non monetary and free choice incentives is proposed, which aims to achieve the stated purpose.
