Seguimiento de un alumno con medidas penitenciarias en el regreso al Instituto de Educación Secundaria (IES)

Abstract

[spa] Este trabajo explica cuando un menor es imputable, que medidas privativas de libertad pueden tener y como afecta esto a su actividad académica. Por ello, se explica como la educación inclusiva tiene que ser un seguro de calidad para todos los alumnos, incluidos por tanto los que presenten algún tipo de medida judicial. Principalmente, el trabajo se centrará en cómo se lleva a cabo la reincorporación a un centro ordinario actualmente, a través de un estudio de caso. Por último, se realizará una propuesta de intervención para mejorar dicha reincorporación, facilitando así el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, de los alumnos con estas características.

[eng] This project explains when a minor is imputed, which custodial measures can have and how this affects their academic activity. Therefore, it explains how inclusive education has to be a quality assurance for all students , including students that present some kind of judicial action . Mainly , the work will be focus on how they carried out the return to a mainstream school now , through a case study . Finally , an intervention proposal will be made to improve such reinstatement, making easier the teaching-learning process , of students with these characteristics.
