La figura de l’orientador en un programa de competència familiar basat en l’evidència

[cat] La família i els centres educatius són els principals agents socialitzadors del adolescents. La bibliografia destaca la importància del treball conjunt i coordinat d’ambdues institucions per un bon desenvolupament integral dels menors. A les Illes Balears s’està duent a terme el Programa de Competència Familiar 12-16, un programa basat en l’evidència que intervé amb les famílies per prevenir el consum de drogues i conductes problemes en adolescents. En el present article es planteja un proposta didàctica que pretén regular la implicació i les funcions dels professionals del centre educatiu en el projecte, principalment de la figura de l’orientador, donades les importants funcions que té aquest en el treball en xarxa, els programes de prevenció, les famílies i el desenvolupament integral dels adolescents. Els objectius són fomentar la participació de les famílies i millorar l’eficàcia del programa, així com, paral·lelament afavorir la relació família- escola i millorar la convivència de centre.

[eng] Family and educational centres are the main agents of socialization for adolescents. The bibliography highlights the importance for both entities to work together in a coordinated way in order to ensure a proper comprehensive development of children. In the Balearic Islands it is being carried out the Programa de Competència Familiar 12-16, an evidence-based program of intervention with families to prevent drug use and behavior problems in adolescents. In the present article, a didactic proposal arises with the aim to regulate involvement and functions of the educational professionals in the project. The professional most involved would be the counselor, given the important functions that this figure has in networking, prevention programs, families and the integral development of teenagers. The objectives are to encourage the participation of families and to improve the effectiveness of the program, as well as to foster the family-school relationship and improve the coexistence of the center.
