Les altes capacitats intel·lectuals als ensenyaments de formació professional

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball té com a objectiu reflexionar sobre quina opinió tenen els docents respecte als alumnes amb altes capacitats intel·lectuals als estudis de formació professional, sensibilitzar de la realitat d’aquest col·lectiu i suggerir metodologies flexibles dins l’aula, que permetin un treball autònom, d’investigació, creatiu i motivador. Amb caràcter previ, hem analitzat què són les altes capacitats intel·lectuals i quina realitat viuen aquests alumnes a les aules, quant al grau d’identificació, mites i falses creences i quines eines educatives se’ls pot d’oferir per tal que els seus talents es puguin desenvolupar.

[eng] The aim of this paper is to reflect on the teachers’ opinion regarding intellectually gifted students in vocational training, to raise awareness of their reality, and to suggest flexible methodologies in the classroom allowing a self-sufficient, research-oriented, creative and challenging work. First of all, the questions of who are gifted students and what is the reality they face in the classroom -in terms of degree of identification, myths and false beliefs, and tools to be offered in order to develop their talents- have been analysed.
