La evolución del héroe: de la Revolución Francesa a Napoleón Bonaparte

[spa] En el contexto francés de finales del siglo XVIII y gracias al ideal clásico, se configura el modelo del héroe, siendo un personaje clave de la Revolución Francesa y que llega con repercusiones, hasta Napoleón. Sera David quien refleje esta figura heroica que a la vez patriótica como un elemento colectivo donde prevalece el bienestar de los ciudadanos por encima del interés propio. Un modelo seguido por figuras como Ingres y Gros quienes postularán la figura del héroe como un ser individualizado en un contraste al modelo colectivo. No obstante, tendrán en común el culto a la antigüedad clásica y su adecuación a los tiempos contemporáneos.

[eng] In the French context of late 18th century and thanks to the classical ideal, the model of the hero, is configured, being a key figure of the French Revolution and arrives with repercussions, up to Napoleon.
