Beneficis que aporta la realitat virtual durant el procés oncològic pediàtric

[cat] Durant el procés oncològic pediàtric, es veuen afectades les diferents àrees de l’àmbit biopsicosocials dels nins, pel que fa al dolor, l’angoixa, la por, l’aïllament dels infants, disminuint intensament el seu benestar. Avui en dia les noves tecnologies tenen una gran importància en la nostra societat i en el nostre dia a dia. Fins i tot s’estan utilitzant en l’àmbit clínic. Una de les noves tecnologies que està amb més auge actualment és la Realitat Virtual (RV). L’objectiu d’aquest TFG, és enumerar els beneficis que aporta la RV com a distractor durant el procés oncològic pediàtric a través d’una revisió sistemàtica de 20 articles adquirits a les bases de dades de caràcter clínic mitjançant les paraules clau corresponents. Diversos estudis plantegen la utilitat de la RV per poder aconseguir que els tractaments que suposa el càncer i també l’estada hospitalària que comporta, siguin més tolerables. Afirmant que es disminueix el dolor, l’angoixa, la por, el distrès i augmentant els nivells d’emocions positives i el benestar del pacient.

[eng] During the pediatric oncology process, the different areas of the biopsychosocial field of children are affected, due to pain, anguish, fear, or child withdrawal. This issues diminish children’s well-being intensely. Nowadays, new technologies are very important in our society and in our everyday life. Furthermore, they are being used at the clinical field. One of these new technologies that are currently booming is Virtual Reality (VR). The objective of this paper is to list the benefits that VR contributes as a distractor during the pediatric oncology process through a systematic review of 20 articles get/obtained in the clinical databases using relevant keywords. Several studies suggest the utility of VR to be able to make cancer treatments and hospital stays more tolerable, assuring that it diminishes the pain, the anguish, the fear, the distressed and, as well, it increases the levels of positive emotions and the well-being of the patient.
