[eng] I have made this project is made with the purpose of getting more in touch with finance and economic knowledge in order to apply techniques and methodologies to given information by existing companies operating in the current market of the lodging industry. Therefore, with the help of my professor, I have been able to elaborate an accurate analysis of two hotels chain companies, compared them with the sector, applied financial techniques and methodologies, propose interim solutions through different policies learned in finance subjects and last but not least, put together practical and theoretic knowledge to achieve the best possible result. Everything, with the unique goal of getting closer to the labour activity life outside the university. The life that comes the next.
