Reforma y aumento de categoría de un hotel de tres estrellas

Abstract

[spa] En este trabajo de final de grado se ha realizado un análisis del turismo de Mallorca, más concretamente el turismo en Sóller. Los resultados obtenidos del análisis del mercado de Sóller son muy positivos y determinan el potencial que tiene la zona. Por eso se ha planteado la viabilidad de un proyecto de una reforma de un hotel de 4 estrellas, a primera línea del mar en el Puerto de Sóller. A través del análisis realizado, y todos los gastos e ingresos estimados, se verá si el proyecto es viable y si se puede realizar para tener futuros ingresos en la empresa.

[eng] In this final degree project an analysis of tourism in Mallorca has been carried out, more specifically tourism in Sóller. The results obtained from the analysis of the Sóller market are very positive and determine the potential of the area. That is why the feasibility of a project to reform a 4 star hotel, on the seafront in the Port of Sóller, has been raised. Through the analysis carried out, and all the estimated expenses and income, it will be seen if the project is viable and if it can be done to have future income in the company.
