Consultoria Hotel INNSIDE Düsseldorf Hafen

Abstract

[spa] En mi trabajo de fin de grado voy a realizar un análisis de uno de los hoteles “buque insignia” de Meliá Hotels International en Alemania: el INNSIDE Düsseldorf Hafen. Mi objetivo es realizar un trabajo de consultoría para averiguar la situación del hotel y poder hacer algunas recomendaciones para su mejora. Como todos los hoteles, éste tiene sus puntos fuertes y puntos débiles que voy a retratar y definir a lo largo de mi trabajo.

[eng] In my degree final project, I will perform an analysis of one of the “flagship” hotels of Meliá Hotels International in Germany: the INNSIDE Düsseldorf Hafen. My goal is to carry out a consultancy job in order to analyse the situation of the hotel and to be able to make some improvement recommendations. Like all the hotels, this one has its strengths and weaknesses that I will describe and define throughout my work.
