Raíces Cristianas del Liberalismo

Abstract

[spa] A partir de las actividades económicas, basadas en el consumo, la producción y la distribución de bienes y servicios, surgen los sistemas económicos. Éstos pueden definirse como: aquella forma de organizar la actividad económica, en cuanto a la producción de bienes y servicios, y su distribución entre el ser humano y la sociedad.

Para entender cómo ha ido evolucionando la economía, se hace necesario situarnos en cierta medida en la historia, momento en el cual el ser humano vive regido por unas normas que regulan la vida en sociedad. “El capitalismo como sistema económico ha logrado que la mayoría de la humanidad deje de vivir en situación de precariedad, pues, según diversos estudios la pobreza ha disminuido un 80% desde 1970 tanto en términos absolutos como relativos. El liberalismo hacia el siglo XX habría conseguido erradicar la mayor parte de la miseria en los países más desarrollados”. (Silar, 2014). Por ello, analizaremos los anteriores conceptos, para plantear si, realmente la sociedad durante el paso de los años y generaciones, ha estado contribuyendo al Bien Común, y si a día de hoy, se sigue trabajando en ello.

Therefore, we will analyze previous concepts, to consider if really the society during the passing of the years and generations, has been contributing to the Common Good, and to this day, still working on it.
