dc.description.abstract [eng] Literary and film tourism are worldwide growing phenomena that have recently gained substantial attention of the academic community/tourism literature. In this study we consider a case of "Outlander" TV series and study the effect that it's release between the years 2014-2018 had on tourism industry in Scotland. We find that there is a considerable increase in the number of visits that causes a positive economic effect for the country. We construct a tourist guide that describe "Outlander" set locations and suggest a three-day itinerary that covers the most important locations, those that appear in first season and which were a key set for the series' development. ca
