dc.description.abstract	[eng] This work studies how is nowadays renting an apartment or a home located in Palma de Mallorca through Airbnb, but focusing on how are the behaviours of hosts. Notably, the study analysed if they are friendly with guests and if they take care of them; whether they give a right treatment and offer excellent services. Also if once the guest has lived the experience and had to rate the host, they are honest or other factors are playing an important role. This paper aims to know how hosts in Palma are but also if then they are rewarded.	ca
