Abstract

[spa] La isla de Mallorca es uno de los principales destinos turísticos de Europa; no obstante, a través de este trabajo descubriremos el potencial que tiene para posicionarse como destino de referencia Lesb-Friendly a nivel Europeo. En el trabajo se propone un análisis de la oferta actual de este tipo de turismo, así como la propuesta de un plan estratégico y un plan de control que demostrarán todos los atributos que posee. Por todo ello, es una buena opción apostar por este tipo de turismo para conseguir convertir Mallorca en un destacado destino Lesb-Friendly.

[eng] The island of Mallorca is one of the main tourist destinations in Europe; however, through this work we will discover the potential it has to position itself as a reference destination Lesb-Friendly at European level. The work proposes an analysis of the current offer of this type of tourism, as well as the proposal of a strategic plan and a control plan that will demonstrate all the attributes it has. Therefore, it is a good option to bet on this type of tourism to turn Mallorca into a leading Lesb-Friendly destination.
