Magaluf o Calvià Beach. Destinos maduros en reestructuración

[spa] En el presente trabajo se va a analizar la evolución del destino turístico de Magaluf (Calvià), la declaración de este destino como zona madura y la repercusión del proyecto denominado Calvià Beach Resort en la misma. Para evaluar el impacto de este proyecto desarrollado por el grupo hotelero Melià Hotels International, se ha procedido a la elaboración de un índice sintético denominado “Índice de Reestructuración de Destinos Maduros”. A través de esta herramienta de medición analítica se ha realizado una evaluación multidimensional obteniendo como resultado que el proyecto CBR ha influenciado de forma positiva al destino de Magaluf, logrando una ventaja competitiva a través de la renovación de su plantilla hotelera y del aumento de la calidad de su oferta.

[eng] In the present work we will analyze the evolution of the tourist destination of Magaluf (Calvià), the declaration of this destination as a mature area and the repercussion of the Calvià Beach Resort project in it. For the impact of this project developed by the hotel group Meliá Hotels International, the processing of a synthetic index called "Index of Restructuring of Mature Destinations" has been processed. Through this analytical measurement tool, a multidimensional evaluation has been carried out, obtaining as a result the CBR project has positively influenced the destination of Magaluf, achieving a competitive advantage through the renovation of its hotel staff and the increase in the quality of your offer.
