Anàlisis del tractament de l’abandonament escolar a un centre de secundària

Abstract

[cat] La societat actual a Espanya i també a les Illes Balears està sofrint un augment de l’abandonament escolar prematur que afecta de manera negativa a la resta d’àmbits socials. En aquest treball s’intenta analitzar la feina que fan els docents d’un centre de secundària per a millorar la taxa de rendiment escolar. L’anàlisis es basa en dos documents de centre, per una banda el Pla d’Atenció a la Diversitat i per l’altra banda, el Pla d’Acció Tutorial i s’analitzen tres casos d’alumnes reals que han sofert problemes durant el curs i que han necessitat l’ajuda dels professors del centre. Els resultats de l’estudi han estat molt positius.

[eng] The current society of Spain and Balearic Islands as well has suffering an increase of early school leavers that affects negatively to the rest of social domains. In this project the work of some teachers of secondary school to improve the rate of school performance are analysed. The analysis is based on two school documents: on the one hand, the “Pla d’atenció a la Diversitat” and on the other hand, the “Pla d’Acció Tutorial”. Moreover, three cases of real students who have suffered problems during the school year and who have needed the teacher’s help are studied. The results of the study have been very positive.
