El lloguer turístic a les Illes Balears. Perfil del propietari i principals motivacions

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball estudia, a partir d’una sèrie d’entrevistes realitzades a un grup de propietaris de cases situades dins el poble d’Alcúdia, quin és el perfil que segueixen aquelles persones que lloguen casa seva com a vivenda vacacional i quines són les principals motivacions que els indueixen a arrendar les seves propietats als turistes en comptes de decidir llogar-les a residents de l’illa. Addicionalment, inclou un breu estudi d’algunes possibles causes d’aquesta nova modalitat de lloguer així com de les conseqüències que poden sorgir amb l’entrada en vigor de la nova Llei 6/2017 de 31 de juliol.

[eng] This project studies, based on a several interviews made to a group of some homeowners located in the town of Alcudia, which is the profile that follow those people who rent their homes as holiday household and what are the main reasons that induce them to lease their property to tourists instead of deciding to rent them to residents of the island. In addition, it includes a brief study of some possible causes of this new modality of rent as well as the consequences that may appear with the entry into force of the new Law 6/2017 at 31st of July.
