Políticas para apoyar el trabajo remunerado de las mujeres

Abstract

[spa] Estudiamos la situación de la mujer en el empleo remunerado, el desempleo y la productividad laboral en Colombia e India, y las diferentes políticas de apoyo al empleo femenino remunerado que se han implementado en las zonas urbanas de Colombia y las zonas rurales de India. También estudiaremos los programas pilotos realizados por el Banco Mundial orientado a las niñas adolescentes y su apoyo en la transición de la escuela al mercado laboral. La realización de políticas de apoyo al empleo remunerado femenino en Colombia, India y las realizadas por el Banco Mundial ayudan a convertir a las mujeres en un pilar fundamental dentro del mercado laboral y a empoderar a las mujeres en la sociedad, pero debemos tener en cuenta las limitaciones que sufren e incluirlas en el diseño del programa para favorecer la participación de la mujer en el mercado laboral.

[eng] Study of the women situation on the payed employment, the unemployment and the employment productivity in Colombia and India, and the different support politics to the feminine paid employment that has been implemented on the Colombian urban areas and Indian countrified areas. Also, we will study the pilot programs carried out by the World Bank focused on adolescent girls and it’s support to the transition from school to the working market. The development of support politics to the female paid employment in Colombia, India and the ones carried out by the World Bank can help making women a fundamental pillar of the working market and also empower females in our society, but we must consider the limitations that they suffer and include them on the design and development of the program to support woman participation on the working market.
