El fútbol profesional desde una perspectiva social, jurídica, económica y empresarial

[spa] El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo describir el impacto socio-económico del fútbol profesional en España y analizar la gestión económico-financiera de dos clubes de 1ª División. Se estructura en cuatro apartados: en el primero, se describe el impacto socio-cultural que tiene el fútbol de 1ª y 2ª División en este país; en el segundo apartado, se define la normativa vigente que regula el fútbol y las dos formas jurídicas existentes. En el tercer apartado, se refleja el impacto económico en base a datos macroeconómicos como el PIB y el empleo. Y finalmente, como último apartado, se realiza un análisis comparativo de dos clubes de fútbol de primera división, el Real Madrid y el Eibar. La elección de estos dos clubes se ha basado en las diferencias que los caracterizan, como su estructura jurídica, su peso como club y su presupuesto.

[eng] This research project has the objective to describe the social-economical impact of professional football in Spain and to analyze the economic-financial paperwork of the two 1st Division football clubs. It is structured in four parts: the first part, which describes the social-cultural impact that the 1st and 2nd division of the football has in this country; the second part, which defines the regulations valid until now which regulate football and the two legal forms that exist. The third section, which reflects the economic impact by macroeconomic information, like GDP or employment. Finally, in the last part, which makes a comparative analysis about the two first Division football teams, Real Madrid and Eibar. The choice of these two clubs has been based on the differences that characterize them, like legal structure, their story or their budget.
