dc.description.abstract [spa] Es a partir de la segunda mitad del siglo XX cuando surge en Filosofía de la ciencia el giro historicista y autores como Thomas Kuhn y Larry Laudan presentan sus propias versiones del progreso científico. En el presente trabajo se muestra brevemente el pensamiento de Laudan con el posterior estudio del modelo reticular de racionalidad científica y un análisis crítico sobre las propuestas de tendencia relativista que, a su parecer, Kuhn representaba. Para acabar se mostrará una comparación de las dos posturas y se intentará concluir a favor de uno de los autores. ca
dc.description.abstract [eng] It is from the second half of the twentieth century when the historicist turn arises in Philosophy of science and authors such as Thomas Kuhn and Larry Laudan present their own versions of scientific progress. In the present work, Laudan’s thought is briefly shown with the subsequent study of the reticular model of scientific rationality and a critical analysis of the proposals of relativistic tendency that, in his opinion, Kuhn represented. To finish, a comparation of the two positions will be shown and an attempt will be made to conclude in favor of one of the authors. ca
