Proyecto de intervención social dirigido a las mujeres refugiadas víctimas de violencia machista

Abstract

[spa] Son muchas las personas que por distintas razones se ven obligadas a huir de sus hogares. Dentro del colectivo en busca de refugio, existen subgrupos más vulnerables, como son las mujeres. Las cuales se enfrentan a una doble discriminación, por un lado ser refugiada y por otro, ser mujer. Esta discriminación por razón de género, se puede justificar partiendo de la situación de desigualdad entre mujeres y hombres en las estructuras y normas sociales. Ante esta situación, una de las principales consecuencias que sufren las mujeres en este contexto, es ser víctimas de violencia machista, así como también, de forma indirecta, los Estados que no llevan a cabo las medidas necesarias para acabar con esta problemática. Es por este motivo, la necesidad de llevar a cabo un proyecto de intervención dirigido a todas aquellas mujeres, que de alguna forma u otra, son víctimas de violencia machista en los campos de refugiadas/os.

Within the collective in search of refuge, there are subgroups most vulnerable, such as women, which face a double discrimination: on the one hand, to be a refugee and on the other hand, to be a woman. This discrimination by reason of gender can be justified based on the situation of inequality between women and men in social norms and structures. Faced with this situation, one of the main consequences suffered by women in this context is to be victims of violence against women, as well as, indirectly, states that don’t carry out the necessary measures to put an end with this problem. For this reason, there is a need to carry out an intervention project aimed at all women, who in some form or another are victims of violence against women in refugee camps.
