[eng] Color is a circular feature of the surface of
each object and we are surrounded by a rich range
of colors. Color deteration in images is one of the
fundamental problems in image analysis.
The randomized algorithm attempts to
arrive at a highly or approximately correct result
by choosing random intermediate results. The
original algorihtms, where this colorimetric
randomized algorithm and other similar algorithms
derive from, are the Monte Carlo and Las Vegas
randomized algorithms.
The problem to solve is that we have a
set of colors to obtain (randomly) from the pixels in
the picture and comparing them with a set of colors
that are saved in the database. To present the
algorithm in a more vivid way we have an app
“Flag Reconizer”.
The can observe three different results: the
set of colors obtained from the picture, the flag or
list of flags that are recognized within the app and
the time as a final result which represents how
much it took to get the right flag or set of flags.
The colorimetric randomized algorithm is
something that could be really helpful with a
continuous integration and development
