El treball dels docents envers la diversitat

Abstract

[cat] En aquest treball es duu a terme una aproximació al concepte d’educació inclusiva que serveix com a introducció a la fonamentació teòrica que sustenta l’objectiu principal de la recerca: observar els desajustos entre la teoria i la pràctica d’aquest àmbit de l’educació. Per tal d’assolir aquest objectiu, es fa l’anàlisi de la percepció que els docents de l’etapa educativa primària de tota l’illa de Menorca tenen sobre la realitat de l’educació inclusiva. A través de la combinació entre la metodologia quantitativa i la qualitativa es realitza el buidatge dels qüestionaris difosos als docents que serveixen com a informants anònims de l’aplicació real que duu a terme en els seus respectius centres educatius. Després de la descripció de les dades i la pertinent interpretació d’on s’extreu la conclusió, per acabar es fa una reflexió que ens aboca a repensar constantment el futur del nostre sistema educatiu.

[eng] In this work, it is exposed an approach to the concept of inclusive education. It is used as an introduction to the theoretical basis for the main objective of the research: observe mismatches between the theory and the practice in this field of education. To achieve this objective, there is an analysis of perception that the teachers of minorcan primary education have about the reality of inclusive education. Using the combination of quantitative and qualitative methodology, the teachers of primary school who are serving as anonymous informants answer a survey in each center of education where they works. After the description of the data and done the interpretation, we have the conclusion. Finally becomes a reflection that leads us to the necessity of constantly rethinking about the future of our education system.
