Abstract

[spa] El turismo Lesb-friendly se trata de un modelo turístico que se compromete a ofrecer los servicios turísticos necesarios para el disfrute del colectivo LGTB y a la vez fomentar la integración de todos los miembros de la sociedad dentro de un ambiente de tranquilidad, tolerancia, libertad, respeto y convivencia. A partir del análisis del turismo LGTB, caracterizado por ser un segmento potencial para el sector turístico tanto por su poder adquisitivo como por su frecuencia para viajar, se pretende determinar las acciones a llevar a cabo para atraer e impulsar el turismo lésbico en la isla de Mallorca especialmente durante los meses de temporada baja con el fin de suavizar el grado de estacionalidad turística que sufre la isla.

[eng] Lesb-friendly tourism is that tourist modality that is committed to offering the ideal tourist services for the enjoyment of the LGTB collective and at the same time promoting the integration of all members of society within an environment of quietness, tolerance, freedom, respect and coexistence. Based on the analysis of LGTB tourism, characterized as a potential segment for the tourism sector both for its purchasing power and its frequency for travel, it is intended to determine the actions to be carried out to attract and promote the lesbian tourism on the island of Mallorca especially during the months of low season in order to soften the degree of tourist seasonality that presents the island.
