La responsabilidad del transportista aéreo frente al pasajero

[spa] El presente trabajo de fin de grado trata sobre los derechos de los pasajeros cuando se encuentran frente a situaciones de retrasos y cancelaciones de vuelos. Para realizar dicho trabajo se ha leído rigurosamente el Reglamento (CE) nº 261/2004 y el Convenio de Montreal de 1999 con el fin de, posteriormente, poder comentar casos jurídicos donde hayan sido aplicados.

[eng] This final thesis is about the passengers‘ rights when they suffer delays or cancellations in their flights. To perform this thesis, the Regulation num. 261/2004 and the Montreal Agreement have been carefully read in order to, subsequently, comment legal cases where these regulations have been applied.
