Estudio descriptivo para analizar cómo trabajan los docentes la competencia en comunicación lingüística a través de las TIC, con alumnos de educación infantil y primaria cuya lengua materna es el Tamazight

[spa] Trabajar la competencia lingüística a través de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación es uno de los retos a los que se enfrentan los docentes de este siglo. En Melilla hace tiempo que se percataron de la importancia de incluir las Nuevas Tecnologías en la metodología docente, sobre todo a la hora de motivar y enseñar a aquellos alumnos cuya lengua materna no es el español. Este Trabajo Final de Máster ilustra acerca de cómo los docentes melillenses trabajan en las aulas, qué recursos tecnológicos utilizan y con qué finalidades, y cómo trabajan la competencia en comunicación lingüística con los niños cuya lengua materna es el Tamazight. Con este estudio se pretende dar respuesta a una serie de interrogantes que se plantean a la hora de realizar este estudio descriptivo, ¿cuáles son las metodologías que los docentes llevan a cabo para compensar las diferencias en el conocimiento del idioma castellano existentes en Melilla? ¿Qué herramientas TIC utilizan los docentes en el desarrollo de sus clases? ¿Cómo hacen uso de ellas para obtener una finalidad didáctica? Atendiendo a los conocimientos acerca del lenguaje que los alumnos de esta etapa deben haber adquirido ¿hacen uso los docentes de los recursos TIC a su alcance para fomentar estos aprendizajes? En esta línea, los resultados obtenidos demuestran que la gran mayoría de los docentes de Melilla están muy involucrados en la utilización de las TIC en sus aulas de una manera totalmente normalizada, haciendo uso a diario de la PDI, diferentes apps educativas, ordenadores de sobremesa o tabletas. Las metodologías que más utilizan son la constructivista, la participativa y la colaborativa, que según afirman son las que mejor funcionan en el contexto educativo en el que están inmersos los alumnos de Melilla.

[eng] Working the linguistic competence through the Information and Communication Technologies is one of the challenges faced by the teachers this century. In Melilla long time ago, they realized the importance to include the New Technologies in the teaching methodology, especially when it comes to motivate and to teach those students whose mother tongue is not Spanish. This end of Master´s project illustrates how teachers in Melilla work in their classes, what technological resources do they use and for what objective or purpose, and how they work the competence in linguistic communication with children whose native tongue is Tamazight. With this master we hope to answer some questions, that are asked when we carry out our descriptive study, what are the methodologies that teachers use to compensate the knowledge differences of the spanish language in Melilla? What TIC tools do teachers use during their classes? How do they use them to obtain a didactic purpose? Regarding to language knowledge that students must have on this stage, do teachers use the TIC tools that they have to promote these kinds of learning? Under this perspective, the conclusions obtained shows us that the great majority of teachers in Melilla are really involved in the use of TIC in their classes in a completely normalized way, making use of the PDI daily, using different educational apps, computers or tablets. The constructivist, the participative and the collaborative methodologies are the most used, which are the ones that work best in the educational context where the students in Melilla are immersed.
