Una benvinguda als nouvinguts: Proposta pràctica per fer d'un centre un espai obert a l'acollida inclusiva

[cat] La següent investigació té com a objectiu donar lloc una proposta pràctica que afavoreixi el procediment d’acollida de l’alumnat nouvingut als centres de secundària. Per fer efectiu el resultat esperat, en primer lloc s’observarà el sistema educatiu de les Illes Balears a través de la legislació i els documents oficials relatius a educació, cercant comprovar si s’afavoreix la interculturalitat i una acollida digna dels nouvinguts. En segon lloc, a partir d’un estudi realitzat als alumnes del PALIC de l’IES Isidor Macabich, es coneixerà quina ha estat l’experiència d’acollida al centre de secundària. Vist això, en últim lloc es contrastaran els resultats obtinguts de l’anàlisi dels documents i les experiències dels alumnes respecte de l’acollida, per tal de, finalment desenvolupar una proposta que afavoreixi un canvi a la realitat educativa. La investigació conclourà amb una proposta pràctica centrada en una necessitat, que existeixi un context adient i proper a la interculturalitat per tal de poder en conseqüència desenvolupar una acollida adequada. D’aquesta manera, al voltant de quatre qüestions: la filosofia pròpia dels centres de secundària, l’acollida, el professorat i el mediador cultural, es plantejaran millores que afavoreixin l’acollida i l’educació intercultural als centres de secundària.

[eng] The objective of the following investigation is leading a practical proposal to improve the reception procedure to newcomer students in secondary schools. To make the result effective, first of all, the educational system of Balearic Island will be observed by their legislation and official documents related to education; the reason is to check if it favors interculturality and a worthy welcome for newcomer students. Secondly, through a study made by students from PALIC of IES Isidor Macabich, will be known the welcome’s experience they have taken in this high school. Then, finally, the results obtained from the document analysis will be contrasted with the welcoming experience of students, so that, lastly could develop a proposal to cause a change on educative reality. The investigation will conclude with a practical proposal focusing on a necessity, the existence of a suitable context and closer to interculturality; for thus, in consequence, being able to develop an appropriate reception. This way, around four aspects: the philosophy of a secondary school, the welcome, the teaching staff and the cultural mediator, will be posed improvements that favor the reception and intercultural education of secondary schools.
