Aislamiento e identificación de bacterias marinas con quimiotaxis para hidrocarburos

[spa] Las bacterias marinas con quimiotaxis hacia hidrocarburos pueden ser una solución para descontaminar ambientes marinos contaminados. Es por ello por lo que en este trabajo se han aislado bacterias procedentes del puerto de Palma el cual sufre un impacto debido a las embarcaciones que transcurren por él. En el presente trabajo se han estudiado 46 bacterias procedentes de una muestra del puerto que presentaron movilidad y se han puesto a prueba diferentes metodologías para el estudio de la quimiotaxis de estas. Tras la identificación de algunos representantes de grupos creados por similitud se han identificado tres géneros, Pseudomonas, Vibro y Psychrobacter. A pesar de haber identificado estos géneros, no se ha podido optimizar una buena metodología para el estudio de quimiotaxis de bacterias marinas.

[eng] Marine bacteria with chemotaxis towards hydrocarbons can be a solution to decontaminate marine environments that are contaminated with them. That is why in this work bacteria have been isolated from the port of Palma which suffers a strong impact due to the boats that pass through it. In the present work, 46 mobile bacteria were studied from a port sample. They have been tested through different methodologies for study chemotaxis. After the identification of some representatives of groups through similarity analysis, three genres have been identified, Pseudomonas, Vibro and Psychrobacter. Despite having identified these genres, it has not been possible to optimize a good methodology for the study of chemotaxis of marine bacteria.
