Plataformas digitales y prácticas equitativas en el sector hotelero

Abstract

[spa] El presente trabajo pretende dar a conocer cuál es la realidad actual que vive el sector hotelero. Quiero mostrar cómo es la relación entre el establecimiento turístico y los intermediarios en línea. Los hoteleros al comercializar online para llegar a un mayor mercado se han topado con contractos y condiciones estrictas, prácticas injustas y un bajo poder de negociación. Lo que en un principio iba a traerles una gran cantidad de ventajas ha acabado con la total dependencia de las mismas. Ante esta situación se han ido desarrollando diversas propuestas que expondré al final de este trabajo para acabar con esta situación injusta y llegar a un acuerdo equilibrado entre ambos.

[eng] This assignment tries to present which is the current reality that lives the hotelier sector. I want to show what is the relationship between the tourist establishment and the online intermediaries. Through the online distribution, to reach a larger market, the hotelier has run into strict contracts and conditions, unfair practices and a low negotiating power. At first, this situation was going to bring a lot of advantages that it has ended with the total dependence. In this situation have been developed several proposals, that I will expose at the end of this assignment, to finish with this unfair situation and reach to a balanced agreement between both.
