Investigación Comercial: la actual guerra entre el sector del taxi y los VTC

[spa] La selección del tema es la investigación comercial de una empresa española. La investigación se centra en la actual y existente guerra entre el sector del taxi y las licencias VTC. El taxi ha sido durante mucho tiempo un sector bastante protegido por la ley, el cual se ha visto amenazado del día a la mañana por la aparición de ciertas plataformas tecnológicas en el país, conocidas como Uber y Cabify. En los últimos años, las mismas han demostrado más profesionalidad, confianza y seguridad hacia los usuarios que el taxi durante toda su trayectoria. La sociedad se ha visto involucrada desde el momento en el que empezaron a surgir enfrentamientos violentos protagonizados por los taxistas, y grandes huelgas que bloquearon la circulación en las calles. El conflicto sorprende tanto a la multitud porque nadie sabe que hacer. Ahora mismo el país se ha visto envuelto en una situación de completo caos y descontrol, sobre todo en el ámbito político, porque ni el Estado, ni las Administraciones, saben ni que, ni cómo, ni cuando se desencadenará una situación de equilibrio entre las competencias.

[eng] The selection of the subject is the commercial investigation of a Spanish company. The investigation focuses on the current and existing war between the taxi sector and the VTC. The taxi has been for a long time a sector quite protected by law, which has been threatened from day to day by the appearance of certain technological platforms in the country, known as Uber and Cabify. In recent years, they have shown more professionalism, confidence and safety towards users than the taxi during its entire trajectory. The society has been involved from the moment in which violent confrontations started up involving the taxi drivers, and large strikes that blocked the circulation in the streets. The conflict surprises the crowd so much because nobody knows what to do. Right now, the country has been surrounded by a situation of complete chaos and lack of control, especially in the political area, because neither the State, nor the Administrations, know neither what, nor how, nor when a situation of equilibrium between competences will be unleashed.
