Análisis de la incidencia del turismo deportivo en Mallorca

Abstract

[spa] Este trabajo se centra en el análisis del cicloturismo y del turismo de vela en Mallorca. Mediante la investigación basada principalmente en entrevistas, encuestas y búsqueda web, se llega a la conclusión de que estos dos tipos de turismo son claves y ayudan a desestacionalizar el turismo de la Isla. Por otra parte, se observa también que el turismo de vela, pese a ser uno de los más olvidados dentro de las tipologías del turismo deportivo, es uno de los que más aporta en términos económicos, ya que una gran cantidad de regatistas de múltiples nacionalidades visitan la Isla durante los meses de diciembre hasta abril para entrenar y competir en las diferentes modalidades.

[eng] This Project analyses the cycling and sailing tourism in Mallorca. Through some investigation based mainly on interviews, surveys and web content, it can be concluded that these two types of tourism are key and help to deseasonalize the tourism of the Island. On the other hand, it is also observable that sailing tourism, despite being one of the great forgotten within the different types of sport tourism, is contributing a lot in economic terms to the Island, since it is bringing many sailors from different nationalities to train and compete during the months of December to April
