Atendiendo la diversidad de identidad de género: una propuesta de análisis en el sistema educativo español

[spa] El objetivo de este Trabajo Final de Máster es repensar la atención a la diversidad de identidad de género en la escuela. Se planteará un marco teórico a partir de un recorrido histórico del concepto de género hasta llegar a la teoría perfomativa de género planteada por Judith Butler. Se hará una revisión de los principales conceptos que definen la educación inclusiva, y, además, se revisará la normativa legal en materia de atención a la diversidad. Se propone un instrumento de estudio. Dicho instrumento se confeccionará a través de la operativización de los conceptos teóricos más adecuados y así, se podrá llevar a cabo un análisis cualitativo de la atención a la diversidad de identidad de género que se hace en la escuela. Se concluye con el análisis y evaluación de la atención a la diversidad de género de dos Centros de Educación Infantil y Primaria y de dos Institutos de Educación Secundaria a través del instrumento diseñado para el caso. Todo este trabajo estará dirigido a defender y poner las bases para una educación inclusiva desde la perspectiva de la diversidad y pluralidad de género

[eng] The aim of this Master Final Work is to rethink the attention to the diversity of gender identity in schools. A theoretical framework will be proposed from an historical tracking of the concept of gender before arriving at the performative theory of gender developed by Judith Butler. A review of the main concepts defining inclusive education will be carried out, as well as the legal regulations regarding attention to diversity. An instrument of study is proposed. This instrument will be created by operationalizing the most suitable theoretical concepts and thus, it will possible to conduct a qualitative analysis of the attention to the diversity of gender in schools. The paper ends with the analysis and assessment of the attention to gender diversity in two early childhood center and elementary education schools, as well as two Secondary Education Institutes using the instrument designed for each case. All this work will be aimed at defending and laying the foundations for an inclusive education from the perspective of gender
