La importancia de los roles y valores en el aprendizaje cooperativo para conseguir una mayor inclusión

Abstract

[spa] El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster desarrolla una investigación que tiene como base un tema muy tratado por diferentes autores, el aprendizaje cooperativo. Este trabajo tiene como objetivos recoger evidencias de como las dinámicas cooperativas incrementan valores inclusivos como la empatía, el respeto a ideas y opiniones diferentes, el turno de palabra... y analizar como los diferentes roles en el equipo (coordinador, portavoz, responsable de material y secretario) favorecen la disminución de conflictos entre los alumnos. Para ello se ha llevado a cabo una metodología mixta, tanto cualitativa como cuantitativa con la ayuda de instrumentos como son el cuaderno de equipo, la observación directa y la evaluación de la docente. El análisis de todo ello nos lleva a decir que a través de una progresión en los días, los alumnos van incrementados los valores mencionados anteriormente, al igual que, los roles han ayudado a disminuir los conflictos entre los alumnos.

[eng] This Master´s Thesis develops an investigation based on a topic which is addressed by different authors, the cooperative learning. This Thesis is based on two objectives: to gather evidences about how the cooperative dynamics increase inclusive values like empathy, the respect to different ideas and opinions, the respect everyone's turn to speak... and to analyse how the different roles in the group (coordinator, spokesperson, material manager, scribe) favor the decrease of the conflict between pupils. Therefore, a mixed methodology has been done, quantitative and qualitative with the help of resources such as team notebook, direct observation and the teacher's assessment. The analysis helps us to say that throughout the days, students have improved taking into account the values mentioned before as well as the roles have helped to decrease the conflict between them.
