medida tradicional que ha sido más relacionado con el MD, el FFMQ (Baer et al., 2006;
[eng] This pilot study analyzes the reliability and validity of the Breath Counting Tool
(Levinson, 2014) as a behavioural measure of dispositional mindfulness in a psychotic
population. For this reason, and to verify the stability of the traditional measurement
instrument that has been more related to the MD, the FFMQ (Baer et al., 2006: Cebolla,
García-Palacios, Soler, Guillen, Baños y Botella, 2012), the test retests (in a period of
two months). Measurement stability will be carried out both with the novel behavioural
measure and with the FFMQ instrument and the EQ. The sample is formed by 16 subjects belonging to the UCR of Inca.
The results reached indicate that the BCT as a measure of MD presents limited
rigour over time. However, the statistically significant scores achieved in the FFMQ and
in the EQ, indicate that these instruments show accuracy like a MD index in psychosis.
