L’orientació i intervenció psicopedagògica en els centres d’educació secundària de les Illes Balears. Estudi de la situació actual des de la perspectiva dels orientadors i propostes de millora

Abstract

[cat] En la primera part es presenta la revisió teòrica sobre el concepte, els principis, les funcions, els àmbits d’intervenció de l’OIP i els principals models sobre els que s’ha basat la intervenció orientadora; la legislació bàsica que la regulada, tant en l’àmbit estatal com autonòmic; i la situació actual de la OIP en el nostre sistema educatiu. La segona part, l’aproximació empírica, recull el treball de camp d’aquesta investigació, el qual consisteix en una anàlisi de la perspectiva dels orientadors sobre la OIP i sobre el seu desenvolupament professional, les conclusions de l’estudi i les propostes de millora de la situació actual. Finalment, en la tercera part es proposa l’adopció d’un model educatiu i integrador, i les bases per a la reorganització de la OIP en la nostra comunitat autònoma en un moment en què la recent aprovada LOE ens obri el camí a una regulació pròpia.

[eng] In the first part of the dissertation I present a theoretical revision of the concept, principles, functions and intervention fields of the psycopedagogic orientation and intervention and the main models in which are based; the basic legislation that has regulated it, either in the national and regional spheres; and the current situation in our educational system. The second part, the empirical approach, gathers the field work of the research and it is constituted by an analysis of the perspectives of the counselors about the psycopedagogic orientation and intervention and about its professional development, the conclusions of the study and the proposals to improve the situation. Finally, the third part of the Thesis, has the goal of proposing the adoption of an educational and integrative model and the basis as to re-organize the psycopedagogic orientation and intervention in our region (Balearic Islands) in a moment that has been recently approved the LOE that brings the possibility of generating an own legislation.
