La gestió dels conflictes entre infants: el rol del docent des d'una perspectiva sistèmica

[cat] Els conflictes interpersonals entre infants en l’àmbit educatiu, centrant el focus en les criatures, és un tema molt investigat. No obstant, aquest treball es centra en el rol de l’adult en la gestió dels conflictes entre infants i la importància del seu paper. Es duu a terme una revisió bibliogràfica amb l’objectiu d’analitzar quin és el paper del docent en la gestió dels conflictes, estratègies que utilitza, sentiments que li provoquen els conflictes,... A més, es presenta un disseny d’investigació d’un estudi de cas per abordar com els docents d’un centre educatiu valoren, afronten i gestionen els conflictes que sorgeixen a l’aula.

[eng] Interpersonal conflicts between children in the school, focusing on children, is a highly researched topic. However, this document focuses on the role of the teachers in the management of conflicts between children and the importance of their role. This is a bibliographic review in order to analyze the role of the teacher in the management of conflicts and how they influence the moral and social development of children. In addition, we expose a research design of a case study to analyze how educators in an educational center value, confront and manage conflicts that emerge in classroom.
