[eng] The aim of this Final Degree Project is to study and analyze what tourism represents in a region. In this case, the province of Andalucía has been chosen for the study. The methodology used to carry out this projecthas been based on the Input-Output tables. This analysis has been possible applying the Input-Output model from two simulations practiced, which will provide two different and correct views of what tourism represents within Andalucía. Specifically, we will explain the methodology of these tablesand what they are based on, and then we will apply the model with the two simulations. On the one hand, the first simulation is carried out based on what non-residents represent on the total production of Andalucía. On the other hand, the second simulation is made taking into account only the demand of the sectors considered more touristic within the economy of the region. These simulations are carried out with the Input-Output tables of 2010 published by the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalucía. With them, we will obtain an estimated vision of what tourism represents in Andalucía |
