Impacto de las energías renovables en un alojamiento rural

Abstract

[spa] Este Trabajo de Final de Grado consiste en un plan de empresa responsable con la naturaleza que a su vez conciencia a la sociedad para elegir este tipo de turismo comprometido con no seguir dañando nuestro ecosistema. Proyecto formado por una casa madre con dos habitaciones en suite y diez habitaciones en un bloque independiente, formando así un alojamiento rural sostenible alimentado con energía renovable. En este espacio pondremos en práctica la instalación de energía solar, desglosando desde los planos del complejo, factura de la instalación que supondrá una inversión de 173.804,40€ en la que se estima la amortización de dicha inversión en un plazo de 7 años,a partir del séptimo año el ahorro que supondrá la instalación solar nos reportará un beneficio considerable para así poder ser destinado a la instalación o mejora de una biomasa y/o reciclado de aguas grises que se podrían añadir o mejorar en el alojamiento rural y en un futuro poder hacer que el complejo sea totalmente autosuficiente, es decir, que no dependa más que de sí mismo para su pleno funcionamiento y no solo aportar un beneficio económico-privado sino también un beneficio social al afianzar nuestro compromiso con el medioambiente
