[spa] Durante los últimos años, los arrendamientos en viviendas vacacionales han experimentado un gran aumento, debido en gran parte al éxito de las plataformas colaborativas, que facilitan el contacto directo entre los arrendatarios y los arrendadores. En la misma medida, también se han producido cambios notables en el control y la fiscalidad de estas viviendas, siendo necesario un análisis de los diferentes impuestos que las gravan, diferenciando si ofrecen o no servicios propios de la industria hotelera, ofreciendo una visión de la tributación que están aplicando otros países europeos y planteando propuestas para reformar sufiscalidad

[eng] Over the past few years, holiday home rentals have experienced a large increase, due largely to the success of collaborative platforms, which facilitate direct contact between tenants and landlords. To the same extent, there have also been notable changes in the control and taxation of these holiday home rentals, requiring an analysis for the different taxes that are imposed on them, differentiating whether or not they offer services typical of hotel industry.
