Proposta per fer els centres un entorn més lliure i segur per l’alumnat lgtbi+

Abstract

[cat] La majoria de la població sap que és un gai o una lesbiana, encara que no és acceptat per tothom. Però hi ha molts termes i possibilitats que encara son desconeguts per la majoria. És important que totes les persones puguin ser lliures d’expressar les seves emocions i la seva identitat, perquè puguin tenir una vida plena. Així mateix, és més rellevant encara que des de petits siguin conscients de que tenen aquesta llibertat i poden sentir-se segurs d’expressarla. L’adolescència és una etapa prou difícil, fins i tot estant dins els estàndards físics, econòmics i culturals acceptats per la societat, així doncs, aquest treball vol proposar diverses accions que es poden prendre als centres, per millorar l’educació i donar més informació als alumnes sobre el col·lectiu LGTBI+.

[eng] The majority of the population knows what gay or lesbian means, although it is not accepted by everyone. But there are many terms and possibilities that are still unknown to most. It is important that all people can be free to express their emotions and their identity, so that they can have a full life. Likewise, it is even more relevant, that children are aware they have this freedom and can feel confident about expressing who they really are. Adolescence is a difficult stage, even if it is within those physical, economic and cultural standards accepted by society, so this paper aims to propose various actions that can be taken at the schools, to improve education and to give more information to students about the LGBTI + group.
