Justícia organitzacional en instituts d'educació secundària: estudiant la satisfacció laboral de professors en el seu lloc de treball.

[eng] The aim of this study is to analyse the role of organizational justice in the levels of job satisfaction in a sample of high schools' teachers in Mallorca, Balearic Islands (Spain). Participants included in the sample were 177 Spanish high schools' teachers who completed a questionnaire that included measures of organizational justice, job satisfaction, job characteristics and sociodemographic characteristics. Linear regression analyses showed that organizational justice is a potential predictor of job satisfaction in high school teachers. More specifically, distributive justice seems to be the most predictive variable of job satisfaction. The labour content variables are also important for the prediction of job satisfaction. This study is the first in Spain to analyses the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction in high school teachers.
