dc.description.abstract	[spa] El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar cómo ha afectado la reforma laboral del 2012 a los despidos colectivos producidos en las Administraciones o Entidades públicas. El proceso que ha tenido desde que surgió la crisis, y si ésta también ha afectado al incremento de tales decisiones extintivas. Por otra parte, se expondrán las causas que deben concurrir para que exista despido colectivo y como se diferencian de una empresa privada.	ca
