[cat] El context legal actual permet que un arrendador pugui elegir entre llogar el seu immoble com a habitatge habitual o com a turístic. Amb diferents regulacions i tributacions estatals i autonòmiques, les dues opcions de lloguer ofereixen diferent rendibilitat depenent de la zona, l’ocupació i el període de l’any. El poder legislatiu, així com les posteriors sentències judicials en matèria d’habitatge, jugaran un factor clau en el mercat del lloguer.

With different legal regulations and state and autonomous taxation, both rental options offer different profitability depending on the area, employment and the period of the year.
