La libertad de empresa en el constitucionalismo histórico español

Abstract

[spa] Se estudia el concepto de libertad de empresa en el constitucionalismo histórico español. El objetivo es entender su evolución desde la perspectiva histórica y jurídica, puesto que dicho trabajo se aborda desde el ámbito del derecho y la historia económica. Se estructura en dos bloques cronológicos: el primero dedicado al constitucionalismo decimonónico (caracterizado por sus avances y retrocesos); y el segundo, centrado en las constituciones españolas publicadas durante el siglo XX: la constitución republicana de 1931 y la constitución de 1978.

[eng] It is studied the concept of freedom of enterprise in the Spanish historical constitutionalism. The objective is to understand its evolution from a historical and legal perspective, since this work is dealt with in the field of law and economic history. It is structured in two chronological blocks: the first one dedicated to nineteenth constitutionalism (characterized by its advances and setbacks); And the second, centered on the Spanish constitutions published during the twentieth century: the republican constitution of 1931 and the Constitution of 1978.
