Evasió fiscal i gestió de la informació en l'àmbit de la RSC: especial menció a la fiscalitat

Abstract

[cat] En aquest treball s’analitzen els principals mètodes o formes d’evasió fiscal a més d’abordar els conceptes de paradís i nínxol fiscal o zona de baixa tributació. També es nombren els majors centres financers offshore a nivell mundial i les jurisdiccions amb major secret fiscal utilitzades suposadament per a l’evasió tributària. Per a acabar es presenta informació sobre les empreses de l’IBEX 35 en quan a la gestió de la informació en matèria de RSC, fent una especial menció a la fiscalitat.

[eng] This project analyzes the main methods or forms of tax evasion in addition to addressing the concepts of tax haven, fiscal niche or area of low taxation. Besides are pointed out the biggest offshore financial centers worldwide and jurisdictions with the greatest fiscal secret allegedly used for tax evasion. Finally, information about the IBEX 35 companies in the management of the information on CSR is presented, with a special focus on taxation.
