Mercado laboral. Un análisis comparativo entre Islas Baleares y España

[spa] Conocimiento de todos es que el mercado laboral constituye la base de la economía de un país. La siguiente investigación se ha realizado con la intención de ver una fotografía de la evolución del mercado laboral español en función de la época de crisis iniciada en 2008 y la posterior recuperación del país. De manera paralela, se van a ir comparando los mismos índices sobre el ámbito concreto de las Islas Baleares. Entender su estructura y cómo le afectan las diferentes circunstancias que surgen a lo largo de los años, permite adelantarse a las consecuencias de los futuros ciclos económicos. Dichos ciclos son difíciles de evitar y tarde o temprano son recurrentes. Una de las evidencias que los resultados dejarán visible es la identificación de los sectores predominantes, y con ello podrá observarse como la dependencia de un sector es un factor de riesgo para la población activa cuando el país atraviesa una mala fase. Las características demográficas son otro de los puntos a tratar para ver el comportamiento del mercado laboral, tanto por parte de la sociedad como por las empresas. También dará una idea de los perfiles más buscados.

The following research has been madre with the intention of seeing a photograps of the evolution of the Spanich labour market according to the time of crisis started in 2008 and the subsequent recovey of the country. In a parallel way, the same indices for the specific area of the Balearic Islands will be compared. Understanding its structure and how it is affected by the differens circumstances that arise over the years, allows you to anticípate the consequencs of future economics cycles. These cycles are difficult to avoid and sooner o later are recurrent. One of te evidences that the results will make visible is the identification of the predominant sectors, and with this it can be seen who the dependence on a sector is a risk factor for the working population when the country is going through a bad phase. The demographic characteristics are another of the points to be addressed to see the behavior of the labor market, both by society and by companies.
