dc.description.abstract	[cat] El present treball d’investigació té com a objectiu avaluar els impactes econòmics i jurídics del turisme de borratxera, molt present alguns municipis balears. Està centrat sobretot en aquest model turístic a la zona de Magaluf, també anomenada com “Magaluf, un part temàtic de l’alcohol” (Ferrer, 2016) i el nou decret llei en què el govern intenta limitar el turisme d’excessos i apostar per una qualitat a les zones afectades.	ca
dc.description.abstract	[eng] The present research work aims to evaluate the economic and legal impacts of the tourism of drunken, very present in some Balearic towns. It is mainly focused on this tourist model in the area of Magaluf, also called as "Magaluf, an alcohol theme park "(Ferrer, 2016) and the new decree law in which the government tries to limit the tourism of excesses and bet for a quality in the affected areas.	ca
