[cat] La lliure circulació de persones al territori espanyol, ha tingut una important evolució, principalment motivada per la voluntat de garantir la lliure entrada i residència, així com amb la intenció de crear un règim regulat basat en la no discriminació. Són la globalització i la creixent comunicació i interdependència entre els diferents països que han portat amb si noves lleis, drets, convenis, etc. adaptats a la immigració l'objecte de la qual és aconseguir la protecció d'aquests i atorga'ls capacitats i drets.

[eng] The free movement of people in the Spanish territory has had an important evolution, mainly motivated by the desire to guarantee free entry and residence, as well as with the intention of creating a regulated regime based on non-discrimination. They are globalization and the growing communication and interdependence between the different countries that have brought new laws, rights, agreements, etc. adapted to immigration whose purpose is to achieve their protection and grant them capacities and rights.
