El Derecho del trabajador a la desconexión digital

Abstract

[spa] En este trabajo vamos a observar la evolución de las TIC y su influencia en el ámbito laboral. El nacimiento del nuevo derecho surge de la necesidad de adaptación debido a la creación de las nuevas formas de relación entre individuos y las nuevas formas de organizar el trabajo. Por último, la importancia de concienciar y limitar el uso de las TIC con el objetivo de proteger la salud y seguridad del trabajador.

[eng] In this work are going to observe the evolution of ITC and it’s influence in the workplace. The birth of the new right arises from the need for adaptation due to the creation of new forms or relationship between individuals and new ways of organizing work. Finally, the importance of raising awareness and limiting the use of ICT in order to protect the health and safety oh the worker.
