dc.description.abstract [eng] History of EU legislation, unambiguously, has demonstrated a great evolution towards a competitive European air transport. But as with any operation, there are areas of weakness that regulations could not fill with its provisions. EU is facing new challenges legislating new possible solutions, ready to be implemented in relations between EU and third countries. Fair competition in the European air market relies upon what Regulation 2019/712 awaits. ca
