Comparativa Endesa Energía SAU Y Fenie Energía SA

Abstract

[spa] El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis contable detallado de dos empresas del mismo sector, Endesa Energía SA y Feníe Energía SA, a partir de sus cuentas anuales. Se compararán tres ejercicios 2016, 2017 y 2018 mediante un análisis del balance de situación, análisis de la cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias, calculando determinadas ratios y obteniendo las rentabilidades. Todo ello, para determinar los cambios más importantes que han sufrido las empresas, intentar precisar los motivos de dichos cambios y por último dar las recomendaciones oportunas a un inversor sobre en cuál de estas dos empresas sería oportuno invertir.

[eng] The objective of this work is make a detailed accounting analysis of two companies in the same sector, Endesa Energia SA and Fenie Energia SA, the analysis is based on the annual accounts. Three financial years 2016, 2017 and 2018 shall be compared by analyzing the balance sheet, profit and loss account, ratios and economic and financial profitability. In order to determine the most important changes that the companies have suffered, to try to clarify the reasons for these changes and finally to give the appropriate recommendations to an investor on which of these two companies it would be appropriate to invest.
